Lo stratagemma della taglia più piccola...A measure less for my trousers

Oggi ho comprato un paio di pantaloni, erano in saldo, quindi ad un prezzo molto conveniente. C'era solo la taglia 40, sarà stato un caso?? Non si chiude per poco, porto in media la 42 (28); sarà un motivo in più per dimagrire!

28. Choose a variety of foods from all food groups every day. This is a fine way of keeping deficiency diseases at bay. Change the items included in your diet every day. Primo giorno. E se il buon giorno si vede dal mattino...

Sono riuscita a resistere a tutte le tentazioni! Oggi ho mangiato solo cose sane, niente dolci, niente grassi, niente pane e, soprattutto, niente fame nervosa. Anzi, quasi non avevo fame per niente. Buon segno?
Colazione: 1 tazza di tè verde, 1 fetta biscottata, 1 mela media
Pranzo: un piatto di lattuga, 1 carota, 2 pomodori medi
Spuntino: 1 pesca
Cena: un piatto di lattuga e radicchio, 100 g pomodori, 50 g di prosciutto crudo magro completamente sgrassato.
Forse è un po' drastico come primo giorno dopo tanto tempo di sgarri continui e abbuffate sempre meno occasionali, devo stare attenta i prossimi giorni a non cedere nuovamente ad abbuffate e fame nervosa. Ma sono molto determinata, voglio e devo farcela! Devo arrivare al più presto al primo target di 55 chili!!

Ricomincio da qui

Ebbene sì, ho deciso di rimettermi in sesto dopo due mesi di cedimenti continuo. Forse per l'ansia, forse per la troppa rigidità, forse non so nemmeno io perchè. Ma ho deciso di ripartire da dove avevo lasciato, alla fine  questo è ciò che conta.
Partivo da una condizione di forte sovrappeso: 70 kg per 158 cm di altezza. E mi vergogno a scriverlo. Un giorno, stanca di vedermi così piena e brutta, ho iniziato ad assumere non più di 900 kcal giornaliere. Ho perso 10 kg in quasi 4 mesi. Non male, anche se avevo programmato di perderne 5 al mese, in modo da  raggiungere l'obiettivo che mi ero prefissata per giugno. Qualcosa deve essere andato storto. Perchè a maggio ne avevo persi solo 13, e ne dovevo perdere 20.  
Cinque chili al mese per 4 mesi non sarebbero dovuti essere così impossibili da perdere, e allora perchè non ce l'ho fatta? Perchè ho fallito?? L'unica consolazione è pensare che esattamente un anno fa pesavo 75 kg. Non sono mai stata così grassa, avevo solo vissuto un momento particolarmente complicato della mia vita che mi aveva portata ad attaccarmi al cibo; in qualche modo devono aver contribuito anche tutte le birre e i superalcolici che bevevo perchè in fondo non mangiavo poi così tanto da essere così esageratamente grassa.
Adesso basta a tuffarmi così nel passato, mi sto dilungando troppo.  Facciamo piuttosto il punto della situazione: attualmente dopo aver ripreso un paio di chili peso 59 kg per 158 cm. Dividerò il mio percorso in tappe, giusto per gioire per un istante per il risultato raggiunto prima di ricominciare a lottare. Ho abbassato il peso target di altri 5 chili, per il momento ho deciso di raggiungere i 45 kg. Nel minor tempo possibile.

Ogni tanto avrò bisogno di essere incoraggiata, di essere spronata. Avrò dei momenti di cedimento, ma questa volta non cercherò conforto nel cibo, devo imparare a dipendere meno da lui. E da qui riparte la mia aventura.
